Sportsbook Rules

1. Scope and Application

These Rules govern every bet accepted by 8www Sportsbook, including pre-match, in-play and outright markets. They apply to all events and bet types unless a market specific rule states otherwise. 8www reserves the right to modify these Rules at any time with immediate effect upon posting.

2. General Betting Rules

• Information provided by 8www is offered in good faith. 8www does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of dates, times, venues, participants or odds, and will correct obvious errors where practicable.
• Markets, defined as different bet types offered on a single event, are administered with integrity and transparency. The Company reserves the final decision on all such matters.
• Bets must be placed before the event start unless the market is designated as in-play. If a market is not closed or suspended at the correct time, 8www may void bets placed after the actual start.
• Where there is inconsistency between English and any other language, the English version shall prevail.
• If a participant is misidentified or a team is listed with a different opponent, bets may be void at 8wwws discretion.

3. Scheduling, Venue and Market Adjustments

• The posted times are for reference. 8www may amend start times and venues; bets remain valid unless the market rules specify otherwise.
• Home and away designations follow standard listing conventions. If a venue is changed and the match is played on neutral ground, bets remain valid unless the market states otherwise. If the home away designation is reversed, bets may be void.
• If an event is postponed or abandoned and resumed later, 8www may void bets or settle according to the updated result as determined by the governing body.

4. Settlement and Official Results

Settlements are based on the official result determined by the relevant governing body or authority. If no official result exists, settlements are determined from available evidence at the time of settlement, and 8wwws decision is final and binding. Where a video recording exists, 8www may rely on it to determine the correct result. In case of discrepancies between results posted on site and official sources, the official records prevail. Bets may be void if there is evidence of manipulation or incorrect display or calculation of prices.

5. Live or In-Running Betting

Live bets are accepted only on outcomes with undetermined results and are settled according to results known at the end of the event or as published by official sources. Live prices are dynamic and can move during the event. 8www does not guarantee price availability for the entire event and may suspend or void bets if market conditions diverge from industry price norms. Settlements for live bets are based on outcomes known immediately after the event ends, and subsequent changes are not considered unless stated.

6. Bet Types and Outrights

• Single Bet: a bet on a single outcome; payout equals stake multiplied by the announced odds.
• Accumulator: a bet on multiple independent outcomes; all selections must win for a payout; if any selection loses, the entire bet loses.
• System bet: a bet consisting of multiple related bets; each included bet is settled separately and payouts are aggregated.
• Conditional bet: a chain of bets where only the first part is paid from winnings of the first part; other parts may be funded from those winnings; if the main part loses, all conditional bets are void.
• Outright and Play-or-Pay: Outright markets cover a final winner or final position; if a listed participant does not start, outrights may be settled as void or as loss depending on the rule. Play-or-Pay applies to outrights: bets stand despite a listed participant not taking part. Head-to-head markets are excluded from this rule.
• Markets that include events from the same match are subject to restrictions; if such violations occur, the bet may be refunded.
• Dead heat: when multiple winners are declared, the stake is divided among winners and the odds apply to each winning portion; losses apply to the remainder.

7. Odds, Acceptance, and Errors

• Time of acceptance is the server time recorded by 8www. Bets accepted after the event has started may be void unless they are explicitly in-play bets.
• Palpable errors in odds or event data may be corrected or bets voided at 8wwws discretion. Such action may be taken without prior notice.
• 8www may amend lines, odds, handicaps and maximum bet amounts at any time; bets placed before changes retain the terms applicable at the time of bet acceptance where stated.
• The maximum period for re-settlement or resolution of a betslip is 30 days.

8. Eligibility and Conduct

• Only individuals who meet the applicable age and eligibility requirements may place bets. 8www may refuse or restrict accounts suspected of evading limits or engaging in prohibited activity.
• It is prohibited to place multiple identical bets to bypass limits or to otherwise manipulate the betting system. 8www may block access or impose additional restrictions in such cases.

9. Disputes and Complaints

Disputes regarding settlement should be raised with customer services and escalated to the trading team. If unresolved, the head of sportsbook will issue the final decision and notify the customer by email. Disputes should be raised within 30 days of the event finalization.

10. Bonus Funds and Promotions

• 8www maintains two balances: real balance and bonus balance. Real balance is used to place bets unless the bonus terms apply; winnings from bonus funds are credited to the bonus balance).
• Bets placed from bonus balance are subject to the active wagering terms for the bonus. If a bonus balance is deactivated or converted, such bets may be treated according to the bonus terms.
• Betting from bonus funds that would result in multiple outcomes within the same market is prohibited and may lead to cancellation of bonuses and winnings and may trigger account restrictions.

11. Data, Feeds and Technical Matters

Data presented on the site may be delayed and is provided as is. 8www does not guarantee accuracy or timeliness of live data supplied by third parties. In the event of a technical interruption, bets may be accepted or rejected when service resumes, and customers should review their betting history for confirmation.

12. Changes to These Rules

8www reserves the right to change these Rules and related market terms at any time, with immediate effect upon posting. It is the customer’s responsibility to review these Rules prior to placing bets and to stay informed of updates. In response to regulatory or market changes, 8www may implement additional terms as required.
