General Provisions

These Bonus Terms govern all promotional offers provided by 8www. By participating in any bonus promotion, you agree to these Terms. 8www reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any bonus at its sole discretion and to determine the eligibility of players for promotions. Any promotional offer referenced in these Terms forms part of the overall Bonus Terms and may have additional conditions published with the offer.

Definitions

• Bonus means promotional funds credited to a Bonus Balance or Free Spins issued as part of a promotion, and does not include funds in the Real Money Balance unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus Balance is the portion of the account that holds Promotional Funds. Real money and bonus funds are debited and credited separately according to these Terms.
• Wagering Requirement means the number of times the Bonus (and any associated winnings) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Eligible Games are the games that contribute to wagering on a given Bonus, as specified with the offer.
• One Bonus at a Time means a player may have only a single active Bonus in their account at any moment, unless otherwise stated by a specific offer.

Eligibility and Account Requirements

• You must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction and maintain a registered, verified 8www account.
• Promotions are intended for individual players. 8www may apply restrictions by residence or method of play and reserves the right to refuse or reclaim any Bonus where abuse or non-compliance is suspected.
• 8www may require identity, payment method verification and location checks before or during the use of any Bonus.
• Only one account per person, household, IP address or payment method is permitted for a given promotion. Where multiple accounts are detected, 8www may forfeit all bonuses and close the related accounts.

Opt-In, Activation and Use of Bonuses

• Activation of a Bonus requires: (a) logging into an eligible account, (b) opting in via the promotion page or as directed, and (c) fulfilling any minimum deposit or other prerequisites stated with the offer.
• Only one Bonus can be active at any time. If a new Bonus is activated while a current Bonus is still live, the current Bonus may be canceled and any unplayed or unsettled wagering may be voided.
• The Bonus will be credited to the Bonus Balance and will be used after all Real Money balances are exhausted, unless the promotion specifies otherwise.

Bonus Offers and Conditions

The following examples illustrate how 8www structures typical bonus promotions. Individual offers may vary; always refer to the specific offer terms published with each promotion.

First Deposit Bonus

• 100% of the first deposit, up to a maximum Bonus Amount (e.g., up to 2,000 EUR or equivalent in other currencies). A number of Free Spins may accompany the Bonus.
• The combined Bonus and the associated winnings must be wagered a specified number of times (commonly 40x). Wagering applies to Eligible Games as defined with the offer.
• Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering; most Table Games contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 5%); Live Casino and certain categories may contribute 0% unless stated otherwise.
• While the Bonus is active, the maximum wager per spin or per bet is capped (for example, equivalent to 6.5 EUR or local currency equivalent).
• Withdrawals may be requested only after wagering requirements are met. Bonus winnings may be capped (for example, a maximum cashout limit related to the Bonus amount).
• The Bonus must be used within a specified period from activation, or it will expire and be forfeited. Unused Bonus funds may be removed if wagering requirements are not fulfilled within the period.

Second Deposit Bonus

• 50% of the second deposit up to a specified maximum, with a new set of Free Spins where applicable.
• A defined wagering requirement (commonly 40x) applies to the combined Bonus balance and relevant winnings; Free Spins have separate wagering (commonly 30x) if applicable.
• Same general wagering contributions and per-bet limits as the First Deposit Bonus unless stated otherwise.

Third Deposit Bonus

• 75% of the third deposit up to a defined maximum, with potential Free Spins.
• Wagering and bet limits align with standard Bonus terms; top-level withdrawal restrictions apply if wagering is not completed.

Cashback Promotions

• A daily cashback offer may return a percentage of losses from the prior day, up to a cap defined by the promotion and player status in the loyalty program.
• Cashback typically requires a minimum loss amount and adherence to wagering requirements on any winnings gained from cashback.
• Cashback-related winnings must be wagered according to the standard wagering rules before withdrawal eligibility.

Weekly/Weekend Reload Promotions

• A reload bonus may be available on selected days (e.g., Friday to Sunday) with a specified percentage and maximum bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements, maximum bet during wagering, and currency-specific limits apply as stated with the offer.

SpinWin and Free Spins Offers

• Free Spins offers provide a set number of spins on a designated game or games. A minimum deposit and eligibility criteria may apply.
• Free Spins winnings are typically subject to a wagering requirement (e.g., x30 to x40) before withdrawal; some game types may contribute 0% to wagering.

Wagering, Game Contributions and Restrictions

• Certain games are excluded from wagering or have special treatment. Wager contributions are recalculated when a Bonus changes balance levels or is canceled.

Withdrawal and Forfeiture

Promotional Abuse, Compliance and Account Sanctions

• 8www maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Prohibited actions include creating multiple accounts for the purpose of collecting multiple bonuses, collusion, sharing accounts, VPN usage to bypass geographic restrictions, and any manipulative behavior aimed at accelerating wagering or avoiding genuine play.
• If bonus abuse or suspicious activity is detected, 8www may withhold, suspend or terminate Bonus offers, revoke winnings, and close the involved accounts and related payment methods.

Modification and Termination of Promotions

8www reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any Bonus, to change wagering requirements, eligible games, and promotion-specific terms. Notice of changes will be posted on the promotions page or within the account communications, and changes may apply to existing Bonuses at the sole discretion of 8www.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 8www operates. Any disputes arising from Bonus promotions shall be resolved in the competent courts located in that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to players.
